    Network Delivery Process Lead

    Tuatahi First Fibre

    Technical lead for Network Design Standards and the TPM suite — a mix of model-driven & canvas Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint document governance used by 40+ staff. Also built a Generative AI documentation tool that parses Flow definitions and pushes live docs to Confluence.

    Field Assurance Specialist

    Managed network restoration and changes to physical network infrastructure. Oversaw day-to-day execution of asset protection processes and Layer 1 projects.

    Design Team Leader

    Broadspectrum

    Led provisioning and build-design team, hitting SLAs and lifting on-time delivery. Built an Excel quoting tool that cut manual pricing steps. Mentored designers on network owner standards and AutoCAD.

    Produced provisioning and build plans for customer fibre connections. Designed large multi-unit complexes and subdivisions.
